On May 23, the group held a signing ceremony for the implementation contract of the 1.16 billion yuan "Civil Servant Housing and Affordable Housing Project" with Senegal's SICAP company. Senegal's Ambassador to China, Sira, along with leaders from the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, Provincial Foreign Affairs Office, and Nanjing Municipal Construction Committee attended and witnessed the signing ceremony. The group's president Jiang Ning and SICAP company's general manager Magasuba signed the contract on behalf of both parties.
